(DK) Maintenance Planner for Magnetic Group

We, Magnetic Group, are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. Come on board and help aviation companies help the world.

As Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing, and directing the activities in the Line Maintenance business unit and stations carried out for our clients worldwide. Drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of line maintenance planning and control, ensuring safety, operational, customer satisfaction and financial objectives are met or exceeded.

Scope of responsibilities

  • Define and assemble the aircraft maintenance work packages, plan, and coordinate with station manager(s) or shift leaders.
  • Ensure production schedules for all maintenance activities are daily up to date.
  • Request actions or information from other company supporting departments to ensure that all specifications and documentation are available.
  • To ensure compliance with all quality and safety directives.
  • Prepare reports and perform other duties as may be required by the Maintenance Manager.

Key Requirements

  • Professional higher education or technical school in Aeronautical Engineering or comparable qualification (technical education in any trade is an advantage).
  • Previous experience as a Line Maintenance or Base Maintenance Planner or in a similar/related role, such as MCC, production planner, engineer and similar.
  • Experience with working on Boeing 737, and Airbus 320 A/C types. Experience with Embraer is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Part 145 legislation, aircraft safety rules and regulations.
  • Proficient knowledge of aircraft maintenance and tooling.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English to read technical documentation and communicate necessary work requirements (both in-house and external).
  • Knowledge of report writing and customer briefing.
  • Knowledge of technical requirements and customer demands.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Great team player and individual, who understands how to achieve results through communication and collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and similar). Experience with MS Axapta and AMOS is a big plus.
  • Current EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License A1, B1 and/or B2 is a plus but not mandatory.
