About the role and responsibilities

For our central fulfilment function, the KILROY Group is looking for an experienced person to take on a role as “Manager, Fulfilment”. In this role you will be responsible for all areas of fulfilment across brands and business areas – Individual Travel, Group Travel and Sign-up Tours. Fulfilment covers product load to our sales platform and all tasks related to ticketing and refunds, voluntary flight changes, schedule changes and handling of ADM’s.

The role is operational “hands on” and detailed knowledge about workflows is needed to secure efficiency and leverage. We strive at working as efficient as possible, to constantly improve and to automate processes when possible. The person will be shaping and trimming processes and workflows with understanding of the full value chain, holistic approach and solid business understanding. Furthermore, the person will be assisting across functions on project base – such as technical development projects, business optimization in general, NDC evaluation etc.

We are looking for you who comes with:

  • Experience within the travel industry, with knowledge of the GDS’s and ticketing
  • A holistic approach – you understand the value chain of a travel agency and the interaction with other functions
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to manage staff across several physical locations
  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm through busy periods
  • Flexibility and openness to change, both in terms of tasks and working hours
  • The understanding of the value of Team performance, only together we are strong
  • IT proficiency and able to work in a number of systems
  • Fluency in English and a language from one of markets (Nordics and the Netherlands)

Information and application

The role’s immediate manager is “Director, Air, Rail + Online Sales” and forms a team with Airline Product Manager, Online Sales Support Supervisor and Online Yield Manager. The role is key for all sales functions, the manager a key person in terms of securing a smooth operation, assisting in case of emergencies or unforeseen happenings and overall securing solidity and confidence in the organization.

You will be managing a team of currently 12 persons across 3 locations and the workplace will preferably be in Copenhagen. Visits to sales locations will be needed with expected travel days being maximum 20-30 days a year.
