(NL) Manager Stores and Logistics (Part-145) and Technical Administrator (CAMO) to AIS Airlines

AIS Airlines as a part of the AIS Aviation Group is a Dutch regional airline operating a fleet of BAe Jetstream 32 aircraft, with its head office based at Lelystad Airport, The Netherlands. AIS Airlines is providing flexible solutions for our customers looking for scheduled flights, wet lease and charter operations. Starting operations in 2009 and currently operating several routes across Europe. Furthermore the AIS Aviation Group consists of AIS Flight Academy, AIS Simulator Department and AIS Technics (Part-145).

AIS Airlines in cooperation with AIS Technics is accepting applications for the combined role of Manager Stores and Logistics (Part-145) and Technical Administrator (CAMO)

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Monitoring Operational performance;
  • Supervise line and base maintenance aircraft administration;
  • Planning of maintenance in coordination with the management of CAMO, AIS Technics, AIS Airlines and/or AIS Flight Academy;
  • Preparing job orders for scheduled maintenance;
  • Monitoring and track keeping of maintenance records;
  • Maintain and manage an adequate stock of spares, rotable, components and (raw) materials to enable the maintenance organisation to perform all maintenance;
  • Perform the contract negotiations with suppliers and distributors and will also be the single point of contact for the purchase of all parts for the maintenance organisation;
  • Assure that components and equipment are bought from or sent for repair to Part-145 accepted/approved suppliers and/or repair stations as per Approved Supplier List;
  • Ensure the proper administration of A/C components, materials, tools and equipment;
  • Monitor the appropriate storage (preservation) of A/C components, materials, tools and equipment;
  • Ensure timely contracting of maintenance of tooling and equipment;

Ideally the candidate should possess the following (minimum) qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in technical administration and/or supply chain logistics;
  • Fluent in English and preferably Dutch language;
