(DK) CityJet seeks a Maintenance Controller

Join Our Maintrol Team as a Maintenance Controller

Do you thrive on keeping aircraft safe, serviceable and on schedule? We’re looking for a Maintenance Controller to join our Fleet Management Team and help keep CityJet’s operational fleet flying smoothly. If you’re organised, detail-oriented and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Controller, you’ll report to the Maintenance Control Lead and work closely with our Fleet Manager, contracted maintenance providers and operational teams. You’ll be the point of contact for all maintenance coordination, especially outside normal office hours.

Here’s what a typical day might include:

  • Coordinating AOG situations with the Operations Control Centre, our contracted Part-145 MROs and Planning Engineers.
  • Working with maintenance providers to develop action plans for chronic defect investigations and rectifications.
  • Coordinating with Contracted Part 145 MRO on technical consultation in support of Flight Operations
  • Preparing unscheduled work orders and packages during out-of-office hours and ensuring all maintenance records, logbooks and official aircraft documents are updated correctly.
  • Monitoring work packages, closing tasks in the Maintenance Management System (AMOS) and approving completed maintenance on behalf of CAMO.
  • Verifying aircraft maintenance status before first flight each day and keeping track of Airworthiness Directive (AD) status across the fleet.
  • Planning and creating work packages three days in advance, ensuring materials are available, and coordinating daily meetings with MRO partners to review planned work.
  • Supervising ad hoc hangar visitors, hosting external parties and handling abnormal situations on behalf of CityJet during out-of-office hours.
  • Ordering parts in AOG situations, providing technical documentation to MROs and carrying out daily occurrence/incident reporting.
  • Taking care of archiving tasks such as redelivery binders, warranty cases, scanning and physical files.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • A good understanding of aviation regulatory requirements and AMOS or similar systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a team-player mindset.
  • Commercial awareness and motivation to improve procedures where inefficiencies are spotted.
  • Previous experience working in an engineering/technical role is beneficial but not a requirement

Why Join Us?

This is a role where your work directly impacts the safety and performance of our fleet. You’ll join a supportive, international team that values initiative and precision. Expect variety, responsibility and plenty of scope to grow your skills in a unique, highly regulated industry.

We review applications on an ongoing basis—so don’t wait. Apply now with your CV and cover letter (both in English) as one document through our recruitment portal.
