Do you enjoy coordinating aircraft maintenance to ensure safety, compliance, and readiness? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technical Planner to join our Technical Planning Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Your Role
As a Technical Planner, you’ll be part of a dedicated team ensuring all maintenance is planned and executed in line with approved airworthiness standards. Your work will directly support aircraft availability and regulatory compliance across our fleet.
You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities, producing work packs for Line and Base Checks, and initiating Engineering Orders. You’ll maintain and control records for maintenance tasks, components, modifications, ADs, service bulletins, and repairs. Using the AMOS maintenance system, you’ll forecast maintenance needs and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
You’ll also collaborate with Line Maintenance and Maintenance Control to ensure plans are achievable, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and compile reports for lessors. Your role will include supporting aircraft sales or returns and updating Work Instructions to align with the CityJet CAME.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate maintenance in accordance with CAME and Work Instructions
- Maintain records for components, modifications, ADs, and repairs
- Produce short- and long-term maintenance forecasts using AMOS
- Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness post-maintenance
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance and aircraft availability
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in an aviation environment
- Experience with AMOS (preferred)
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
