(DK/IE) CityJet seeks a Maintenance Management Systems & Process Improvement Administrator

Are you passionate about improving systems and streamlining processes? We’re looking for a Maintenance Management System & Process Improvement Administrator.

In this role, you’ll develop lean methods to ensure effective and efficient use of Maintenance Management Systems and manage AMOS upgrades, ensuring it supports efficient operations across Engineering and Maintenance.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage upgrades, implement lean methods, and support users with training and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities will include

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to review and improve departmental procedures in support of optimisation of Maintenance Management System
  • Lead AMOS upgrades and coordinate with IT to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Maintain a structured upgrade system and communicate changes to end users.
  • Support colleagues with Maintenance Management System training and day to day module queries.
  • Maintaining database of users, tailoring access and visibility for individual job roles.
  • Handling queries from digital records vendors and liaising with third-party vendors to assist with data feeds into Maintenance Management System
  • Ensure timely bug fixes and raise support cases when needed.
  • Coordinate and perform Aircraft setup manually or via data transfer
  • Generation of Work Instructions across the Engineering & Maintenance Departments
  • Process verification and review across Engineering & Maintenance
  • Coordinate Technical project delivery across Engineering & Maintenance

And other task according to job description and duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Fleet Principal Engineer.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong systems mindset and a collaborative approach. You should be comfortable working across departments and managing multiple stakeholders.

You’ll need:

  • Experience working with maintenance management systems (AMOS preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude toward process improvement and system optimization.
  • Ability to manage technical projects and coordinate across teams.
  • Familiarity with aviation maintenance operations is a plus.
