What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and monitoring worldwide flights, including weather analysis, routing, performance, and weight & balance.
- Coordinating ground handling, PPRs, traffic rights, slots, fuel arrangements, and NOTAMs.
- Communicating directly with flight crews.
- Managing crew planning, duty schedules, and rest limitations.
- Conducting flight watch and operational follow-up.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in flight dispatch (civil or military) is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
- A service-minded, responsible, and adaptable approach to a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to high standards.
- A genuine passion for aviation.
- Structured and systematic work habits.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and shift patterns.
- Ability to handle high workloads with composure.
- A strong team player who values diversity and collaboration.
- Preferably a local resident or someone residing in the Nordic countries or EU. You must at least have citizenship in an EEA country.
- Strong IT skills and quick adaptability to new systems (we use MS Office, LEON, and PPS).
Employment Details:
- Full-time position (37 hours/week), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
