We are now looking for a dedicated Dispatcher / OCC employee to join our team in Billund.
Key Responsibilities
- Slot coordination and obtaining airport and overflight permissions
- Arranging handling, fuel, catering, hotels, and related services
- Price negotiations and ad hoc sales
- Coordination and planning of VIP and ambulance flights
- Coordination of aircraft under management, including cost allocation
- Dispatch/OCC daily operations and flight planning
- Communication and coordination across departments
- Ensuring operations comply with all regulations
- Optimization of fleet utilization
- Participation in duty roster, including evening and weekend shifts
- Handling various ad hoc tasks
Profile
You are flexible, responsible, detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work independently. You have a positive mindset, are a strong team player, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or freight forwarding (preferred)
- Strong IT skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Danish is not required, but considered an advantage
- Other language skills (e.g., German or French) are a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay structured in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills, empathetic and outgoing
