(DK) Logistics Coordinator to CityJet

Join Our Team as a Logistics Coordinator

Do you enjoy keeping things moving behind the scenes and making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time? We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and help keep our fleet flying smoothly. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be part of a dedicated team working together to manage Procurement, Repair Management, and Logistics. Your role will be key to maintaining a reliable supply chain that supports our fleet maintenance and operational readiness.

Here’s what your day-to-day might include:

Procurement:

  • Managing the daily purchasing of aircraft inventory based on system-generated reorder proposals.
  • Reviewing stock levels across the network and adjusting to meet demand while preventing delays like AOG (Aircraft on Ground) or MEL/HIL events.
  • Spotting trends in high-usage or high-cost items and negotiating smarter purchasing deals.
  • Tracking orders, chasing up late or short deliveries, and keeping the team informed.
  • Making sure everything is sourced from approved suppliers and meets airworthiness and company standards.
  • Working closely with the Materials & Logistics Manager to keep systems efficient and up to date.

Repair Management:

  • Coordinating the dispatch of repairable parts to minimise downtime for the fleet.
  • Using forecasts to ensure we’re ready for both scheduled and base maintenance.
  • Keeping track of rotable parts across all stations and adjusting alert levels as needed.
  • Monitoring repair vendor performance and making sure contract terms are followed.
  • Helping prepare reports, supporting contract negotiations, and tracking repair costs.
  • Assisting with invoice queries and contributing to budget planning.

Logistics:

  • Arranging and tracking shipments, expediting goods when needed, and working with service providers to keep costs under control.
  • Jumping in to support other logistics tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s:

  • Experienced in purchasing, inventory management, and logistics (aviation background is a plus!).
  • Familiar with supply chain processes, import/export rules, and Dangerous Goods (DG) restrictions.
  • A great communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Detail-focused, accurate, and ready to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Flexible with working hours to meet operational demands.
  • Organised and able to work to tight deadlines.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Hands-on experience in aviation logistics or repair management.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and technical stock control tools.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
