(DK) Proactive Part CAMO coordinator – Deputy Part CAMO NP

Would you like to be part of our team and help us coordinate helicopter maintenance and airworthiness from our Homebase in Esbjerg? You will replace our Part CAMO coordinator, who will move to another position in our company.

You will be working in a team of experienced and helpful colleagues in a professional but also informal environment with room for good humour. Our technical department consists of our Director Continuous Airworthiness, Part 145 coordinator, Review and CAME coordinator, and other administrative colleagues as well as a team of highly skilled aircraft mechanics.

In this role, you will be expected to deputize for the Director Continuous Airworthiness when necessary. As Deputy you report to the Director Continuous Airworthiness and have some duties and responsibilities with respect to managing the Part CAMO organisation that have been delegated by the Director Continuous Airworthiness.

We expect our new colleague to have the following qualifications:

  • Relevant technical background and minimum 5 years of experience preferably previous aircraft maintenance experience.
  • A good knowledge of EASA regulations, especially Part-CAMO, Part-145.
  • Oversight of the CAMO regarding planning routine inspections, rectifications of defects and the maintenance, repair, overhaul and alteration of all aircraft and aircraft components.
  • Monitoring all maintenance related activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure that procedures, regulatory requirements and industry standards are complied with.
  • Keep oversight during contracted maintenance including onsite visits. Ensure the helicopters are maintained according to Bel Air requirements and standards.
  • Assistance during audits in the Technical department
  • Strong analytic and data management skills
  • Self-managing and structured
  • Solution-oriented and proactive when it comes to long term planning
  • Familiar with current rules and regulations and with updating procedures and manuals in English
  • Strong and relevant experience in aircraft transition projects (delivery/re-delivery, pre-purchase inspections, heavy maintenance supervision), minimum 5 years of experience with CAMO.
  • Previous aircraft maintenance experience, B1 license would be an advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of matters related to MRBR/MPD/ALS/AMP, AD, SB, STC, minor modifications, repairs/damages, engine/APU/LG records etc.
  • Diligence and accuracy in checking records and preparing reports.
  • Fluent in English and Danish would be an advantage
  • Experience with IT, Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Gannet Software system and SAM Aviation Maintenance Software system would be an advantage
  • Ready to be part of the phone duty scheme in the department.
  • Candidates living within driving distance of our Homebase in Esbjerg will be preferred.
