At Procon, we focus on helping travel agencies optimize their operations through the implementation of our proprietary cloud-based IT solutions. We work with a wide range of customers, from small local agencies to large global travel management companies. As a Customer Success Consultant, you will make a noticeable difference together with your colleagues at Procon.

Our Procon Customer Success team enables us to play a leading role in the global travel industry. We work hard to earn the trust of our customers and keep our strong market position. Our dedicated employees, high-quality solutions, and close, fast communication with our customers are the cornerstones in the way we work.
The team has full responsibility for servicing our many international clients. The tasks are diverse, engaging, and dynamic – and no two days are alike. Together with other consultants, you will be responsible for implementing new customer solutions and supporting existing customers.
Example tasks for the Customer Success Consultant role include:
- Configuration and setup of customer-specific solutions
- Developing analyses, business cases, and reports
- Provide ongoing customer support and success activities, including proactive follow-up and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations for our clients
- Taking ownership of implementation projects, including ongoing business analysis, data analysis, project coordination, creation of functional and technical solution designs, and project plan follow-ups
- Conducting workshops with end-users, including developing training programs and materials
- Sales support through participation in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Creating requirement specifications for adaptations, custom solutions, and integrations
You’ll play a key role in transforming operations for leading travel companies and develop your skills in advanced travel technology solutions.
About you…
You have experience configuring complex IT solutions to help customers optimize their use. Ideally, you come from the travel industry, which will make your learning curve easier – but we’re open to other backgrounds if you have the right skills. You may currently be in a support or operational role and ready to move into a more client-facing, advisory position. Your background gives you a solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
No matter your background, you are motivated by the opportunity to work with varied tasks in an internationally oriented company.
