(GL) Air Greenland seeks a Schedule Manager

Would you like to help ensure efficient and safe planning in the aviation industry? We are looking for a structured and committed Schedule Manager to join our team in Nuuk.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Overall responsibility for planning and releasing duty rosters for crew and staff.
  • Ensure that staffing and scheduling are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Anticipate and take into account all relevant factors in planning, such as traffic programs, training requirements, instructor capacity, and availability of facilities.
  • Ensure that all employees in the area are properly trained.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry, preferably with a focus on dispatch or roster planning.
  • Leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Education in logistics, roster planning, or equivalent.
  • Documented leadership and decision-making competence.
  • Ability to work in a structured and methodical manner.
  • Good communication skills – both written and spoken in Danish, English and preferably also Greenlandic.
  • Personal profile that matches the role.

Professional Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations, flight crew licenses, and working time limitations.
  • Practical experience with staffing planning and execution of duty rosters.
  • Knowledge of safety management (Safety Management) – “TBD” can be elaborated as needed.
