Would you like to help ensure efficient and safe planning in the aviation industry? We are looking for a structured and committed Schedule Manager to join our team in Nuuk.
Areas of Responsibility
- Overall responsibility for planning and releasing duty rosters for crew and staff.
- Ensure that staffing and scheduling are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Anticipate and take into account all relevant factors in planning, such as traffic programs, training requirements, instructor capacity, and availability of facilities.
- Ensure that all employees in the area are properly trained.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry, preferably with a focus on dispatch or roster planning.
- Leadership experience in a similar role.
- Education in logistics, roster planning, or equivalent.
- Documented leadership and decision-making competence.
- Ability to work in a structured and methodical manner.
- Good communication skills – both written and spoken in Danish, English and preferably also Greenlandic.
- Personal profile that matches the role.
Professional Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations, flight crew licenses, and working time limitations.
- Practical experience with staffing planning and execution of duty rosters.
- Knowledge of safety management (Safety Management) – “TBD” can be elaborated as needed.
