What you’ll be doing:
CAMO Base Maintenance Planner:

  • Accountable for the planning of Base Maintenance.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all Base Maintenance can be performed on time.
  • Responsible for checking the availability of materials (rotables and mod-kits) for scheduled maintenance.
  • Control of Airworthiness Directives (AD’s) and Engineering Orders (EO’s) on aircraft and components.
  • Ensure that all closed paperwork from completed base maintenance is provided from the MRO in due time.
  • Review closed paperwork and ensuring that Aircraft Maintenance System (AMS) is updated accordingly.
  • File documentation (SharePoint, FlyDocs, and AMS system) according to record department procedures.

Techrep:

  • Responsible for on-site Technical Representative (Techrep) during heavy maintenance.
  • Responsible for reporting back to CAMO regarding check status.
  • Monitor quality of work and man-hour usage.
  • Responsible for approving all additional work during base maintenance.
  • Responsible for handling all queries from MRO and involve key stakeholders when necessary.
  • Assuring that all requested maintenance, inspections, and modifications has been performed and documented in accordance with approved procedures prior to release to service to the highest quality and safety.
  • Responsible for ensuring that no scheduled maintenance is due when aircraft is returned to service.
  • Approve any deferred maintenance when aircraft is released to service.
  • Responsible for coordinating with iOCC for crew and fuel onboard aircraft when returning to service.
  • Control of component changes in co-operation with Logistic Department.
  • Update work order status in the maintenance management system when work is completed

To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer:

  • Relevant knowledge, background and appropriate experience related to aircraft continuing airworthiness management
  • Part CAMO
  • Knowledge of Part 145
  • Knowledge of Part 21
  • Knowledge of MSG3 and Aircraft Maintenance Program
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Relevant general familiarization on aircraft type undergoing maintenance
  • CTS-1 (MAC procedures as given in CAME and MOE)
  • CTS-2 (Minimum Human Factors)
  • Maintenance Planning Department standards & procedures
  • Experience with aircraft manuals e.g. AMM, IPC, SSM, SRM, FIM, WDM, MEL etc.

**Please note that travelling is a significant part of the job with approximately 80-100 travelling days a year with durations of 3 to 7 weeks depending on the check type**
