We are currently expanding our team at CAE Copenhagen and are looking for passionate and experienced aviation professionals to join us as:
- Simulator Flight Instructors (SFI) – Embraer Fleet
- Type Rating Instructors / Examiners (TRI / TRE)
- Technical Ground School Instructors
About the Role
As a member of our instructional team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Initial Type Ratings, Conversion Courses, and Refresher Training for the Embraer fleet. You will also help maintain and enhance our training standards and ensure the effectiveness of our courseware and simulators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ground school and full-flight simulator instruction
- Deliver effective and compliant training in accordance with regulatory and company standards
- Participate in the continuous development and improvement of training programs and materials
- Report any deviations from standards to the Head of Standards
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Assist in performing quality checks on training devices
What We’re Looking For
- Strong instructional skills with excellent operational and technical knowledge of Embraer aircraft
- ATPL/CPL (or have held one); previous civil instructional experience is highly desirable
- Part-FCL knowledge and instructional proficiency required
- Effective communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and support learners in a professional training environment
- TRI / TRE qualifications are an advantage for relevant applicants
