We are looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join our Quality & Compliance Department; a Form 4 Nominated Postholder-position under EASA and DK-CAA regulations, reporting directly to the Accountable Manager, Kai Hans Jensen.
In this key role, you will ensure that our organization continuously meets regulatory requirements and high standards of compliance under our EASA Part 145 approval.

As Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the Compliance Department.
- Develop, maintain, and implement the Compliance Monitoring Program and system.
- Plan, perform, and follow up on audits and inspections, both internally and at suppliers.
- Host and support authority and customer audits.
- Monitor and implement changes to regulations and governing documents.
- Manage authorizations and approvals for technical staff.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of training activities.
- Maintain strong relations with authorities on approval and permit matters.
You are:
An analytical and solution-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance attention to detail with an understanding of the bigger picture.
You are a strong communicator, able to build trust and relationships across all levels, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
You have:
- A relevant engineering or aeronautical technician education, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the aviation industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EASA Part 145 requirements, MOE, and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Proven experience in compliance monitoring and auditing, including auditing techniques and root cause analysis.
- Completed Human Factors and relevant Part 145 training.
- Strong IT skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish (spoken and written).
- A valid B driving licence (as travel within and outside Denmark may occur).
It will be an advantage if you also bring:
- Experience with EN 9110 and ISO standards.
- Hands-on experience with problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
