We invite suitable candidates to apply for the above position to join the Singapore Airlines Airport Team at Copenhagen Airport.
The Customer Services Agent is responsible for representing Singapore Airlines with the Company’s customer service and safety/security standards. The job requires you to perform supervision of our handling agent and service partners, passenger handling & ramp handling functions and traffic operational duties.
The job also requires you to perform administrative duties, which includes catering functions, responding to passenger feedback, pre-flight preparations for arrivals and departures, invoice verification and statistical data recording. You will also work alongside the Station Manager whenever required.
The challenging environment requires you to work with enthusiasm and can work under pressure, especially during irregular operations. Please note that this role is shift-based and you will be expected to work on every alternate weekend, based on the schedule.
You should be able to satisfy the following pre-requisites:
- Must be legally authorized to work in Denmark
- Previous Airport operations experience is an advantage
- High standard of professional demeanour, personal presentation, and strong customer service orientation
- Strong command of MS Office applications is required
- Ability to multitask and manage operations and administrative tasks effectively
- Handle significant amount of administrative work and manage invoice verification
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) required; proficiency in any Nordic language is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including any shift assigned, weekends and public holidays.
- A strong team player who promotes team spirit and team unity.
- Good interpersonal skills with internal/external customers and strong conflict resolution skills.
