Key Account Manager – Europe & Africa
Do you want to be part of an international company where software, service, and strong customer relations are at the core? We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales and develop our customer base across Europe and Africa.
The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio while creating new business opportunities. You will play a key role in ensuring growth targets are achieved, delivering excellent service, and building long-term customer value. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams as well as external customers and requires regular travel within the region.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed defined growth targets
- Manage customer accounts in line with company strategy
- Drive upselling and new sales within existing and new accounts
- Conduct demonstrations of software solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Maintain CRM data and contribute to reporting
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and user groups
- Expect 30–50 travel days annually across Europe and Africa
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar Key Account Manager role
- Customer-oriented and action-driven with a proactive mindset
- Interest in aviation and/or ability to acquire technical aviation knowledge at a high level
- Proven SaaS sales experience
- Strong IT skills, including CRM, ERP, Power BI, and Office 365
- Structured, service-minded, and self-motivated
Location
This position can be based in Billund, Odense (Denmark), or remote within the region.
