Air Alsie A/S is seeking a skilled Engineer or Aircraft Technician with an administrative background and interest in regulations, to strengthen our Technical Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and administrative experience, along with a passion for aviation and aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Administrate and maintain technical documents and records in compliance with aviation authority requirements.
- MOE updates and establish good communication with the Authorities.
- Coordinate with inhouse departments regarding topics related to Operation and Maintenance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improvement initiatives within aircraft maintenance processes and procedures.
- Assist in planning aircraft maintenance programs and resource allocation.
- Be involved in Training and qualification setup for Employees.
Requirements:
- Education in aircraft technology or related field, along with administrative experience.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance procedures and practices.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Aircraft certification or relevant license would be an advantage.
