The position requires experience in both day and night operations, as well as a thorough understanding of IFR operations on multi-engine helicopters. Applicants must hold a valid ATPL(H) with Instrument Rating (IR) and have experience operating in complex and challenging environments.
We place great emphasis on strong leadership skills, effective crew coordination, and a safety focused approach to flight operations. Previous experience in Search and Rescue (SAR), Helicopter Hoist Operations (HHO), and operations using Night Vision Goggles (NVG) will be considered a significant advantage.
The preferred minimum qualifications:
- 3000 hours helicopter,
- 1000 hours PIC or PICUS on ME helicopter,
- 250 hours Command/PICUS on type or 500 hours Co-pilot on type,
- 100 hours night and 50 hours night on type,
- 500 hours in a multi crew role,
- ATPL(H) incl. IR,
- 200 hours IFR on ME helicopter
