(DK) Kilroy Group seeks a Manager, Fulfilment

At the Kilroy Group, fulfilment of flight tickets plays a central role in delivering high quality customer experience and supporting our business across brands and markets. We are now looking for a Manager, Fulfilment to lead our central fulfilment function based in Copenhagen.

This is a role for someone who combines operational understanding with strong people leadership and a sharp eye for optimization and business performance.

About the role

As Manager, Fulfilment, you will lead a central function supporting all business units across brands and markets — covering everything related to flight tickets for both individual bookings and group travel.

The team consists of 8 direct reports, including one Team Leader with responsibility for an additional 3 employees.

You will lead a highly experienced specialist team with deep operational knowledge and strong ownership. We are therefore looking for a leader who builds credibility through collaboration, curiosity, and sound judgement.

At the same time, this is a hands-on operational environment. During peak periods, disruptions, or complex cases, you are expected to step in and support the team when needed. Experience within fulfilment, ticketing, airline operations, or travel operations is therefore highly relevant.

The role also plays an important part in the continued development of the fulfilment function. We are in the early stages of transforming fulfilment into a stronger value-creating and commercially driven function, with increased focus on optimization, automation, and scalable processes. We are looking for someone who can help drive this journey forward.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the fulfilment function across brands and markets
    • Coach and support a highly experienced specialist team
    • Ensure operational stability, quality, and efficiency
    • Drive optimization and continuous improvement of processes and workflows
    • Contribute to automation initiatives and smarter ways of working
    • Collaborate closely with commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders across the organization
    • Support operational handling when required during peak periods or disruptions

Who we are looking for

You are an experienced people manager with a strong operational understanding of fulfilment and travel operations.

You are comfortable navigating complexity, balancing day-to-day operational priorities with long-term improvements and business needs.

You likely bring:

  • Experience from fulfilment, ticketing, airline operations, travel operations, or similar
    • Experience leading specialist teams
    • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
    • A structured and solution-oriented mindset
    • Interest in optimization, automation, and operational development
    • The ability to remain calm and pragmatic in a fast-moving environment

What we offer

  • An opportunity to help shape the future development of fulfilment
    • A highly experienced and dedicated team
    • A collaborative and informal working culture
    • An operational environment where no two days are entirely alike
    • A central role supporting multiple brands and markets across the organization

We can’t wait to hear from you, and are eager to get you on board in this key position. Interviews will take place between 17th – 25th June in central Copenhagen.
